Classes at Upbeats link music and movement, create a positive environment, and offer modification and advanced options to challenge and motivate all levels.

We pride ourselves in offering a variety of classes so members can meet their cardio, strength, and restoration needs at a single studio. To do so, we offer choreographed cardio formats such as Turbo Kick® and High Fitness®, well as an upbeat and music driven take on traditional formats including yoga, barre, and sculpt.

Barre Beats

Barre Beats is a fusion of ballet-inspired movements, pilates, yoga and strength training designed to strengthen and lengthen the body. Classes use a variety of light weights, exercise balls, gliders, resistance bands, body weight, and a ballet barre to stimulate different muscle groups and keep classes dynamic. Expect a high energy workout with cardio bursts and a playlist fit for the bar (not just the barre). Cuing and pacing are relatively quick, but options and modifications are given regularly.

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga® is a dynamic yoga practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance, and deep core engagement. Through primal movement, dynamic asana, and cardio-sprints, expect to break down barriers and break a sweat.

Fun Fact: Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means the cure to something hidden or kept secret.

HIGH Fitness

HIGH Fitness® takes old-school aerobics to the next level by combining simple, modern fitness techniques such as HIIT training, plyometrics, and intervals of strength and cardio with music you know and love. The intense yet easy-to-follow fitness choreography produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning.

Pop Pilates

Pop Pilates® is an intense, low impact workout for all levels that will challenge you to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next. Classic Pilates movements are choreographed to pop music to increase muscular strength and endurance, boost energy levels, increase flexibility and mobility, as well as support stability of the joints and spine.

Turbo Kick

The ultimate cardio-kickboxing experience, Turbo Kick® is perfect for the beginner and elite fitness enthusiast alike. This fat-burning workout combines cardio kickboxing with body-sculpting HIIT moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes. Get lean, get toned, and feel unstoppable in the class that’s high-energy and super addicting.

MixxedFit

MixxedFit® combines explosive dancing with boot camp toning. Everything about MixxedFit is explosive — all the moves are big, exaggerated, full out, and fun to get into. You’ll dance to your favorite club and radio hits while you get lost in the music. No dance experience required. Choreography is repetitive so it’s easy-to-follow, allowing you to get the most out of class.

POUND

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Upbeat Yoga Sculpt

Upbeat Yoga Sculpt is a total body workout set to energizing music. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, and bicep and tricep curls are incorporated with yoga postures and short cardio bursts to build lean muscle mass to strengthen and sculpt your entire body. In Upbeats style, expect a heart-pumping, beat bumping, and soul-shaking experience. Cuing and pacing are relatively quick, but options and modifications are given regularly.

STRONG by Zumba

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, lunge, and burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep. In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.

Vinyasa with Volume

Vinyasa with Volume is a flow that will have your listening to your body AND the music as you improve balance, inter-muscular coordination, agility, and flexibility. Expect an unconventional playlist, playful flow, and an extended core-strength series. Each instructor brings their own unique style to create an inviting environment for all levels.
